After 30 days we will send you an individual evaluation of our candidate search. We break down the results into interested candidates, applicants and response rates. In addition, we outline reasons why applicants may not apply for the position and make recommendations for your future recruitment activities.

Active Sourcing addresses mainly passive candidates, who are currently employed but open to alternative possibilities. As these candidates do not usually actively search for vacancies, active sourcing offers you an additional effective service to help you to attract the best professionals and executives.

All relevant information which we require for the candidate search is taken from both job description and questionnaire which the customers answer before we start our search. This provides us with all the details and additional information we need to address only those candidates who best meet your requirements.

The search and approach of the candidates takes place individually, i.e. is tailored to each candidate. Thanks to our tool, which has been optimized over the years, we offer our customers, with the help of their key data and benefits high chances to find the right candidate in comparison to other recruiting measures. Our response rate amounts to around 30%. Due to the professional applicant communication by our experienced sourcing team, the average interested and prospective applicant rate is around 10%.

After our search you will receive a report on the candidates approached and an overview of the networks used. After 30 days we will contact you again to discuss the results and to take further action if necessary. We do our best for your recruiting success!
