Depending on the position(s) to be filled, we will send you an individual offer. You are also welcome to use one of our ready-made offers.
Order completion and sending the contents of you advertisements
Take your time to check our offer. Should it meet your expectations, we would be pleased to receive it signed by fax or email. Furthermore, please send us a current company logo as a file (e.g. jpg) and the content of the advertisement. If you already have a finalized job advertisement (HTML, PDF, PowerPoint or Word format), you are welcome to send it to us by email. Otherwise simply send us the desired content for the advertisement and we will take care of everything else. Required contents of a job advertisement: an appropriate and usual in the industry job title, a short description of the company, the future tasks, the requirement profile, the location and the contact data for the applicants.
Advertisement review and design
We check your advertisement content according to the AGG (General Equal Treatment Act) guidelines and the specifications of the job boards. We will be happy to design the desired job advertisement for you free of charge. We will send you the advertisement project together with a list of keywords which will be used as alternative search terms. We will, of course, implement your change and correction requests.
After your approval we will immediately start with the placement of your advertisement. We will take care of the smooth running and communication with the job boards for you. These usually require between one and three working days for implementation. Once the advertisement is online at all agreed job boards, you will receive an e-mail from us with the corresponding links to the advertisement.
End of the running time
The job advertisement runs until the end of the agreed term and will be automatically deactivated by the job boards. You can now make the selection of the right applicants.
Please let us know if the position is filled before the end of the running time. In this case we can remove the advertisement from the job boards ahead of time.
